[tss] Unclear how and if interlock blocks tracks

I have failed to see how interlock circuits bring trains to a halt on

occupied segment ahead of it. Is this implemented and if yes, how do you

use this?

The interlocking system does not prevent trains to enter blocked

sections yet. But the signal won't turn green. Support for the

automatic/enforced following of signals will be implemented soon (TM)
