Hello, would it be possible to add two getter functions for the inside

and outside train text in the LUA environment?

They would be:

- atc_get_text_outside()

- atc_get_text_inside()

I had a few cases in which that would've helped (like updating

off-track displays with the train name, which i store as outside

text).
