Calling schedule_in() from a LUA track or an OPPanel results in the

following error:

"attempt to perform arithmetic on local 'rwtime' (a ***** value)" from

advtrains_line_automation/scheduler.lua:116

where the asterisks are either 'table' or 'string' depending on what rwt

time format is passed to schedule_in().
