HighPopes on the MT forum brought up the idea of a tank wagon that supports filling using tubelib/fluidlib. I suggest adding a special filling appliance node. Along with that, it would be nice to rework the load/unload rails and make them a "loading ramp" instead, that only empties one wagon at a time.
